- a private phone consultation before hand, to discuss your dog's particular needs and behavioural issues.
- a personalized and comfortable home environment for your dog during the training process
- the availability of Ray via text, phone or email, during your dog's stay
- private lesson before you bring your dog home, in order to answer any further questions, to demonstrate the skills and behaviours taught, and to insure you and your family have the knowledge to maintain your dog's new habits, behaviour and growth.
